Addvising uses an AI designed personality model called P.E.R.S.O.N., which is which is based on scientifically proven models and frameworks such as Five Factor Model (Big Five), Holland's Six Personality Types, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and HEXACO Model and extanded by a second dimension allowing you to see how the team's dynamic and personality preferences changes by adding or removing team members and to evaluate how well a candidate matches to a team.
